What is pharmacovigilance？
Pharmacovigilance is the science and activities related to the discovery, evaluation, understanding, and prevention of adverse events or any other problems that may be related to drugs. Its purpose is to promote and improve patient medical and safety, and is committed to protecting public health.
In order to provide doctors and consumers with the most accurate information, it is necessary to fully understand and continuously monitor the drug’s risk / benefit profile.
